At its meeting held today, the Constitutional Committee has considered the Proposal for initiating the procedure for determining whether the President of Montenegro violated the Constitution, submitted by a group of MPs pursuant to Article 98 of the Constitution of Montenegro.

Proposal for election of five judges of the Constitutional Court of Montenegro was formulated

On the agenda – formulation of proposals for the election of five judges of the Constitutional Court of Montenegro.

During the continuation of the eighteenth meeting,the Constitutional Committee interviewed remaining seven candidates who meet the criteria for the election of five judges of the Constitutional Court.

At its seventeenth meeting held today, the Constitutional Committee compiled a list of candidates who submitted application in accordance with the Public Notice for the election of five judges of the Constitutional Court; the Committee also determined of the manner and time necessary for the conversation with candidates.

At the continuation of the sixteenth meeting, the Constitutional Committee established a list of candidates who applies to the Public Notice for the election of five judges of the Constitutional Court of Montenegro. 

Pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 6 of the Law on Constitutional Court of Montenegro (Official Gazette of Montenegro No. 64/08, 46/13 and 51/13 ), we announce that the following candidates applied to the Public Notice for Election of Five Judges of the Constitutional Court of Montenegro, published on 8 November 2013:
