At the 29^th meeting of the Legislative Committee held today:

I the Committee considered and positively voted on the Proposal for Amendments to the 2013 Budget Law of Montenegro;

II the Committee considered and deemed as legally acceptable the following amendments:

1. Amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Higher Education:

- 21 amendments submitted by the MPs Srđan Perić, Mladen Bojanić and Goran Tuponja (two amendments had been withdrawn by the submitters of the amendments);

- 19 amendments submitted by the MPs Branka Bošnjak PhD, Jelisava Kalezić PhD, Ljiljana Đurašković PhD, and Milan Knežević (two amendments had been withdrawn by the submitters of the amendments);

- 9 amendments submitted by the MP Snežana Jonica;

- 2 amendments submitted by the MPs Damir Šehović and Draginja Vuksanović;

- an amendment submitted by the MPs Branka Tanasijević and Draginja Vuksanović

2. Amendments (10) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Vocational Education, submitted by the MPs Srđan Perić and Mladen Bojanić.

3. Amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Gymnasium:

- 8 amendments submitted by the MPs Srđan Perić and Mladen Bojanić;

- amendment submitted by the MP Snežana Jonica.

4. Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the General Law on Education;

-amendment submitted by the MPs Suljo Mustafić, Almer Kalač, Kemal Zoronjić and Genci Nimanbegu;

- amendment submitted by the MPs Zoran Jelić and Marta Šćepanović;

- 3 amendments submitted by the MP Andrija Popović;

- 3 amendments submitted by the MP Snežana Jonica;

- amendment submitted by the MP Srđan Milić.

5. Amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendment to the Pension and Disability Insurance:

- amendment submitted by the MPs Zorica Kovačević, Halil Duković and Zoran Srzentić MD;

- amendment submitted by the MPs Janko Vučinić and Strahinja Bulajić PhD;

- 2 amendments submitted by the MPs Goran Tuponja and Srđan Perić;
- 3 amendments submitted by the MPs Neven Gošović, Snežana Jonica and Aleksandar Damjanović.

6. Amendments (3) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Primary Education, submitted by the MP Snežana Jonica.

7. Amendments (2) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Travel Document, submitted by the MP Snežana Jonica.

8. Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amnesty of Persons Convicted of Criminal Offences Prescribed by Montenegrin Legislation and Persons Convicted by Foreign Criminal Judgements Executed in Montenegro, submitted by the MP Aleksandar Damjanović:

- amendment submitted by the MPs Dritan Abazović and Mladen Bojanić;

- amendment submitted by the MPs Azra Jasavić and Goran Tuponja;

- 4 amendments submitted by the Government of Montenegro.
