At their 31^st meeting held today, the Legislative Committee considered and positively voted on the following proposals for a law: Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Agreement on Double Taxation Avoidance and Prevention of Income Tax Evasion between the Government of Montenegro and Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan; Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Cooperation Agreement in the Field of Air-Traffic between the Government of Montenegro and Government of the Republic of Serbia; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Public Prosecution Office; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on the Constitutional Court of Montenegro; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Courts; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on the Judicial Council; and they also positively voted on the Proposal for the Decision on Appointment of the Municipal Election Commission of Petnjica, submitted by 35 MPs of the parliamentary majority.

Additionally, the Committee also positively voted on 3 amendments to the Proposal for the Decision on Appointment of the Municipal Election Commission of Petnjica, submitted by the MPs Rifat Rastoder, Zorica Kovačević and Suljo Mustafić.
