1. The Committee considered and positively voted on the following proposals for the acts:
- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on the Constitutional Court of Montenegro, submitted by the following MPs: Mr Srđan Milić, Mr Borislav Banović, Mr Mladen Bojanić and Ms Ljerka Dragičević;
- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Judicial Council, submitted by the following MPs: Mr Srđan Milić, Mr Borislav Banović, Mr Mladen Bojanić and Ms Ljerka Dragičević;
- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Administrative Fees, submitted by the following MPs: Mr Srđan Milić, Mr Neven Gošović, Ms Snežana Jonica and Mr Velizar Kaluđerović;
- Proposal for the Law on Protection of State Interests in Mining and Metallurgy Sector, submitted by the 20 MPs of the Democratic Front;
- Proposal for the Resolution on Manner, Quality and Dynamics of the Integration Process of Montenegro to the European Union, submitted by the following MPs: Mr Branko Radulović, professor PhD; Mr Miodrag Vuković, docent PhD; Mr Aleksandar Damjanović, MA; and Mr Damir Šehović, MA.
2. The Committee considered and deemed as legally acceptable the amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Communal Police:
- 1 amendment submitted by the following MPs: Mr Obrad Gojković, Mr Velizar Kaluđerović, Mr Vasilije Lalošević and Ms Zdenka Popović;
- 1 amendment submitted by the following MPs: Mr Vasilije Lalošević, Mr Neven Gošović, Ms Zdenka Popović and Mr Obrad Gojković;
- 2 amendments submitted by the following MPs: Mr Mićo Orlandić, Mr Rifat Rastoder, Mr Borislav Banović, Mr Džavid Šabović, Mr Izet Bralić, Ms Draginja Vuksanović and Mr Damir Šehović;
- 2 amendments submitted by the following MPs: Mr Zoran Vukčević, Ms Žana Filipović and Ms Zorica Kovačević;
- 2 amendments submitted by the following MPs: Ms Azra Jasavić, Mr Srđan Perić and Mr Mladen Bojanić;
- 5 amendments submitted by the following MPs: Ms Azra Jasavić, Mr Srđan Perić and Mr Goran Tuponja (MP Srđan Perić said, at the Committee meeting, that he was withdrawing the amendment III);
- 22 amendments submitted by the MPs: Ms Snežana Jonica and Mr Neven Gošović.
In accordance with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider 4 amendments submitted by the MP Slaven Radunović, because he did not attend the meeting of the Committee.
3. The Committee considered and deemed as legally acceptable the amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Conservation of Natural and Culturo-Historical Area of Kotor:
- 1 amendment submitted by the following MPs: Mr Željko Aprcović; Ms Branka Tanasijević, MA; Ms Žana Filipović and Ms Ljerka Dragičević;
- 2 amendments submitted by the following MPs: Mr Mićo Orlandić, Ms Draginja Vuksanović and Mr Džavid Šabović.
In accordance with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider 2 amendments submitted by the MP Andrija Popović, because he did not attend the meeting of the Committee.
4. The Committee considered and deemed as legally acceptable the amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Electronic Commerce, submitted by the following MPs: Mr Srđan Perić, Ms Azra Jasavić and Mr Goran Tuponja.
5. Following the extension of the Agenda, the Committee considered and deemed as legally acceptable the amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Organic Production:
- 1 amendment submitted by the MP Predrag Sekulić;
- 1 amendment submitted by the MPs: Vasilije Lalošević i Zdenka Popović;
- 1 amendment submitted by the MPs: Goran Tuponja i Srđan Perić ;
- 5 amendments submitted by the MPs: Mr Predrag Sekulić and Mr Branko Čavor (MP Predrag
Sekulić said, at the Committee meeting, that he was withdrawing the amendment IV).
In accordance with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider 4 amendments submitted by the MP Nada Drobnjak, because she did not attend the meeting of the Committee.
