At its 37^th meeting held today, the Legislative Committee considered and positively assessed following:

- Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Convention on the Protection and Use of Transboundary Watercourses and International Lakes and Amendments to the Articles 25 and 26 of the Convention on the Protection and Use of Transboundary Watercourses and International Lakes;

-Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Protocol on Cooperation Between the Government of Montenegro  and the Government of His Serene Highness the Prince of Monaco in the Field of Sustainable Development;

-Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Consumer Protection;

-Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Housing and Maintenance of Residential Buildings.

The Committee also considered the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Foreign Investments, and it will state its opinion on in at the following meeting.

In line with the Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider the Proposal for The Law on Amendments to the Law on Foreign Investments due to absence of the proponent of the law.
