At its 38th meeting held today, the Legislative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro considered and positively assessed the Proposal for the Law on Consumer Protection. In addition, the Committee considered the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law On Foreign Investments and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Labour Law, and it would state it opinion on those at the next meeting.
The Committee considered and positively assessed amendments (3) to the Proposal for the Law on Protection of Public Interests in Mining and Metallurgical Sector, submitted by MPs: Damir Šehović, Draginja Vuksanović, Džavid Šabović and Izet Bralić.
In line with Article 67, paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider the Amendment submitted to the Proposal for the Resolution on Manner, Quality and Dynamics of the Integration Process of Montenegro to the European Union, submitted by MPs: Milutin Simović, MA and Ljerka Dragičević.
