At its fortieth meeting held today, the Legislative Committee considered and positively assessed the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Foreign Investments and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on National and Other Holidays.
Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Labour Law was not supported by the necessary majority of Committee members.
In line with the article 67, paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure, the Committee did not consider the Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Social Security Agreement between Montenegro and the Republic of Croatia and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Tax On Insurance Premiums, submitted by the MP Aleksandar Damjanović .
The Committee unanimously formulated the revised text of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro.
The Committee expanded the agenda with the Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Payment Operations, submitted by MPs Zorica Kovačević and Zoran Jelić and two Amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Labour Law, submitted by MPs Zoran Jelić, Zorica Kovačević,Halil Duković and Zoran Srzentić, and the Committee positively assessed those.
