Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Ski Resorts; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Social Council;Proposal for the Decision on Adoption of Special Purpose Spatial Plan for the National Park “Lovćen”; Proposal for the Decision on Accepting the Annex of the Contract on Long-Term Renting of the Land, Signed between the Government of Montenegro and the Northstar Consortium JSC Podgorica and the Eguest Capital Limited Jersey, UK and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Tax on Insurance Premiums, submitted by MP Aleksandar Damjanović;

Following the extended agenda, the Committee positively assessed the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Employment and Exercising Rights with respect to Unemployment Insurance, submitted by MPs Srđan Milić,Neven Gošović and Snežana Jonica and amendments (2) to the Law on Tax on Insurance Premiums, submitted by MP Aleksandar Damjanović.

Proposal for the Decision on Adopting the Annex 1 of the Contract on Renting the hotel “Kraljičina plaža” in Budva and the Proposal for the Decision on Adopting the Annex 1 of the Contract on Renting the hotel “Sveti Stefan” and “Miločer” in Budva was not supported by the required majority of Committee members.

The Committee postponed the vote on the Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Social Security Agreement Between Montenegro and the Republic of Croatia

In line with Article 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not support the Proposal for the Law on Deadlines for Fulfilment of Financial Obligations, submitted by MP Damir Šehović.
