2. Considered and positively assessed the following amendments:
- 9 Amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Consumer Protection, submitted by MP Andrija Popović;
- 5 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Protection of Persons and Property, submitted by the Government of Montenegro .
3. Following the extension of the agenda, the Committee considered and positively assessed the following amendments: 5 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Corporate Profit Tax, submitted by MPs Zoran Jelić, Zoran Vukčević, Rešid Adrović, Filip Vuković, Zorica Kovačević and Marta Šćepanović; 3 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on National and Other Holidays, submitted by MPs Zoran Vukčević, Zoran Jelić, Žana Filipović, Zorica Kovačević and Marta Šćepanović and 6 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Interest Write-offs on Tax and Customs Duties, submitted by MPs Srđan Milić, Velizar Kaluđerović and Aleksandar Damjanović.
4. In line with the Article 67, paragraph 1, the Committee did not consider the Proposal for the Law on Final Budget Statement of Montenegro for 2012 along with Report on Audit of the Final Budget Statement of Montenegro for 2012, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Territorial Organization of Montenegro, submitted by MP Goran Danilović, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Ski Resorts, submitted by MPs: Predrag Sekulić and Branko Čavor and 6 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Protection of Persons and Property, submitted by MPs Borislav Banović and Draginja Vuksanović.
