1. The Committee considered and positively voted on the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Foreigners with Amendments (3), submitted by MP Snežana Jonica, and the Proposal for the Law on  Amendments to the Law on Territorial Organisation, submitted by MP Goran Danilović.
2. The Committee also considered and positively voted on the following: 
- 5 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on  Amendments to the Law on Ski Resorts submitted by the following MPs: Predrag Sekulić, PhD, and Branko Čavor,
- 6 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on  Protection of Persons and Property, submitted by the following MPs: Borislav Banović and Draginja Vuksanović, and 
- amendments to the Proposal for the Law on  Amendments to the Law on Protection from Noise in the Environment, as follows: an amendment submitted by the MP Ljerka Dragičević, an amendment submitted by the MPs: Obrad Gojković and Velizar Kaluđerović,  2 amendments submitted by the Government of Montenegro, and 4 amendments submitted by the MPs: Predrag Sekulić, PhD, and Slobodan Radović.  
3. Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law did not obtain the necessary majority.
