During today’s meeting, the Legislative Committee considered and adopted the following: Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the European Convention on the Legal Protection of Services based on, or consisting of, Conditional Access, Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Territorial Organisation of Montenegro and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Registers of Temporary and Permanent Residence, submitted by the MP Neven Gošović.

In line with Article 67, paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure, the Committee did not consider the following: Proposal on Amendments to the Law on on National Awards, submitted by MP Emilo Labudović, Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Enforcement and Security of Claims, submitted by the 20 MPs of the Democratic Front, Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Obligatory Relations, submitted by the 20 MPs of the Democratic Front and Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Criminal Code of Montenegro, submitted by the 20 MPs of the Democratic Front.
