The Committee did not consider amendments (4) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Protector of Human Rights and Freedoms of Montenegro, submitted by the MPs Halil Duković and Marta Šćepanović, because the representative of the proposers of amendments, the MP Marta Šćepanović, requested postponing of their consideration.

The Committee did not consider two amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Personal Income Tax, submitted by the MPs: Veljko Zarubica, Marta Šćepanović, Filip Vuković, Zorica Kovačević and Zoran Jelić, because the representative of the proposers of amendments, the MP Marta Šćepanović, informed the Committee that she was withdrawing the amendments.

The Committee also did not consider the amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Games of Chance, submitted by the MPs: Veljko Zarubica, Marta Šćepanović, Filip Vuković, Zorica Kovačević and Zoran Jelić, because the representative of the proposers of amendments, the MP Marta Šćepanović, informed the Committee that she was withdrawing the amendment.

In accordance with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider 5 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Deadlines for Settling Financial Obligations, submitted by the MP Damir Šehović, and 2 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Temporary Residence Fee, submitted by the MP Ljerka Dragičević.
