At the 66^th meeting held today, Legislative Committee considered and expressed positive position with regard to the Proposal for the Law on the execution of suspended sentence and sentence of community service.

In accordance with the Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider the following – the Proposal for the Law on Coastal Property, the Proposal for the Law on Removal and Transplantation of Human Organs for Therapeutic Purposes, the Proposal for the Law on Protection of Public Interests in Electric Power Sector of Montenegro, submmited by MP Srđan Milić, the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Agriculture and Rural Development and the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Explosive Substances.
