At the 67 meeting held today, the Legislative Committee considered and expressed positive position on the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Removal and Transplantation of Human Organs for Therapeutic Purposes and the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Explosive Substances.

In accordance with the Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider the Proposal for the Law on Coastal Property, the Proposal for the Law on Protection of Public Interests in Electric Power Sector of Montenegro – submitted by MP, Mr Srđan Milić and the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Agriculture and Rural Development.
