Legislative Committee holds its 68th meeting

The Committee considered three proposals for the laws

At its 68th meeting held today, the Legislative Committee considered and positively voted on the following proposals for the laws:

$1-          Proposal for the Law on Coastal Commons;

$1-          Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction;

$1-          Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Agriculture and Rural Development.

Additionally, the Committee also considered and positively voted on the Proposal for the Decision on adopting the Annex no. 1 of the Contract on renting the hotel “Kraljičina plaža” – Budva and the Proposal for the Decision on adopting the Annex no. 1 of the Contract on renting the hotels “Sveti Stefan” and Miločer in Budva, as well as on the amendments (4) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Games of Chance, submitted by the MPs: Mr Zoran Jelić, Mr Filip Vuković, Mr Veljko Zarubica, Ms Marta Šćepanović and Ms Zorica Kovačević.

In accordance with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider the Proposal for the Law on Protection of Public Interests in Electric Power Sector of Montenegro, submitted by the MP Mr Srđan Milić.    

At its meeting held today, the Committee also considered and positively voted on the 2013 Performance Report of the Committee and the 2014 Work Plan of the Committee.
