Legislative Committee holds its 69th meeting

The Committee considered and positively assessed two proposals for the laws 

At its 69th meeting held today, the Legislative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro considered and positively assessed Proposal for the Law on Ratifying the Further Additional Protocol to the Agreement among the States Parties to the North Atlantic Treaty and the other States participating in the Partnership for Peace regarding the Status of their Forces and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to Law on State Audit Institution, submitted by MPs: Aleksandar Damjanović, Veljko Zarubica, Zoran Jelić, Rashid Adrović, Nik Gjeloshaj, Strahinja Bulajić, Milutin Đukanović and Mladen Bojanić. 

The following proposals for the laws did not obtain the required majority: Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Criminal Code, submitted by 20 MPs of the Democratic Front, Proposal for the Law on Supplements to Law on Obligatory Relations, submitted by 20 MPs of the Democratic Front and Proposal for a Decision on Establishment of the Interim Committee on supervising the work of state authorities, state administration authorities and local government bodies in view of the consistent application of the Law for Building Trust in the Election Process, submitted by MPs: Goran Danilović, Aleksandar Damjanović and Mladen Bojanić.  

The proposed agenda was expanded with two amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Labour Law, submitted by MPs Zoran Jelić and Zorica Kovačević, which the Committee positively assessed.
