Legislative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro, at the 71^st meeting held today, considered and positively declared on the following items:

- Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Agreement Between the Government of Montenegro and the Government of the Republic of Croatia on cooperation in the field of tourism;
- Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Agreement on trade of arms;
- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Public Internal Financial Control;
- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Sales Tax on Used Motor Vehicles, Vessels and Aircraft;
- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Civil Servants and State Employees, submitted by members Ms Marta Šćepanović and Ms Draginja Vuksanović;
- Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Budget and Fiscal Responsibility, submitted by members Mr Neven Gošović and Mr Aleksandar Damjanović.

- Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Sales Tax on Used Motor Vehicles, Vessels and Aircraft, submitted by the member, Mr Aleksandar Damjanović.

The Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law, submitted by members: Mr Neven Gošović, Ms Snežana Jonica and Mr Aleksandar Damjanović, did not obtain majority of votes cast.
