Legislative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro, at the 73rd meeting held today, considered and expressed positive opinion on three amendments to the Proposal for a Decision on Establishment of the Interim Committee on supervising the work of state authorities, state administration authorities and local government bodies in view of the consistent application of the Law for Building Trust in the Election Process, submitted by members Azra Jasavić and Srđan Perić.
The Proposal for the Law on Safety and Health at Work and the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law, submitted by members: Zoran Jelić, Halil Duković, Zorica Kovačević and Marta Šćepanović, did not obtain majority of votes required.
The amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Labour Law, submitted by members Almer Kalač and Suljo Mustafić, was withdrawn from the procedure.
Due to the specifying of certain amendments, the Committee reconsidered the Proposal for the Law on Selection, Use and Public Display of National Symbols and the Proposal for a Decision on acceptance of the Annex 1 of the Agreement of the lease of the Hotel “Kraljičina plaža” Budva and the Proposal for a Decision on acceptance of the Annex 1 of the Agreement of the lease of the Hotel “Sveti Stefan” and “Miločer” in Budva.
