Legislative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro, at the 74th meeting held today, considered and positively voted on the following act proposals:
- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Obligatory Relations, submitted by the SNP MPs Group;
- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Games of Chance, submitted by members Milorad Vuletić, Rešid Adrović, Radovan Obradović, Žana Filipović and Nikola Gegaj;
- Proposal for the Decision on Adoption of Special Purpose Spatial Plan for the National Park “Lovćen”.
The required majority of votes was not obtained for the following proposals of laws:
- Proposal for the Law on Old Royal Capital, submitted by members Miodrag Vuković, Žana Filipović, Branka Tanasijević and Predrag Sekulić;
- Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Value Added Tax, submitted by members Milorad Vuletić, Rešid Adrović, Radovan Obradović, Žana Filipović and Nikola Gegaj.
Legislative Committee considered and positively voted on the following amendments:
- six amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Strike, submitted by members Janko Vučinić, Ljiljana Đurašković and Emilo Labudović;
- two amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Transport of Hazardous Substances, submitted by member, Branka Bošnjak;
- one amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction, submitted by members Veljko Vasiljević and Branka Bošnjak;
- one amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing Terrorism, submitted by members Zoran Jelić and Marta Šćepanović.
Following the expanding of the agenda, Committee positively voted on amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Agriculture and Rural Development:
- two amendments, submitted by members Neven Gošović and Obrad Gojković;
- five amendments, submitted by members, Srđan Milić, Neven Gošović, Danko Šarančić and Obrad Gojković;
- one amendment, submitted by member, Branka Bošnjak.
