Legislative Committee holds its 76th meeting

Several proposals for laws considered

Committee members considered and expressed positive position with regard to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Excise Law, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Administrative Fees and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to theLaw on Personal Income Tax, submited by members Mr Milorad Vuletić, Mr Rešid Adrović, Mr Radovan Obradović, Ms Žana Filipović and Mr Nikola Gegaj.

Pursuant to the Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider the Proposal for the law on Ratification of the Protocol of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement between the European Communities and their Member States, on one side, and the Republic of Montenegro, on the other side, that takes into account the accession of Croatia to the European Union, Proposal for the Law on Communal Police, Proposal for the Law on Effective Energy Use, Proposal for the Law on General Product Safetyand Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Montenegrin Citizenship, submited by members Mr Srđan Milić, Mr Neven Gošović and Ms Snežana Jonica.

Committee members considered the Proposal for the Law on Reconstruction of the Chapel of Petar II Petrović Njegoš, submitted by the member, Mr Emilo Labudović, which did not obtain majority required. Member Emilo Labudović, as the proposer of the law, introduced the amendment which, pursuant to the Article 150 paragraph 3 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, become integral part of the proposal for the law.
