At today's 77th meeting, the Legislative Committee considered and positively assessed the following proposals for the law:  

1. Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Protocol of the Stabilization and Association Agreement between the European Communities and their Member States, on one side, and the Republic of Montenegro, on the other side, that takes into account the accession of Croatia to the European Union;
2. Proposal for the Law on International Restrictive Measures;
3. Proposal for the Law on Communal Police;
4. Proposal for the Law on Effective Energy Use;
5. Proposal for the Law on General Product Safety;
6. Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Employment and Exercising Rights with respect to Unemployment Insurance;
7. Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Data Confidentiality;
8. Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Montenegrin Citizenship, submitted by members Srđan Milić, Neven Gošović and Snežana Jonica.
