The Committee discussed and expressed positive opinion on the Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of Montenegro and the Government of Georgia on cooperation in the field of tourism, the Proposal for the Law on Health Care, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Foreign TradeLaw, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Obligations and Basic Legal Property Relations in Air Transport, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Tourism Organizations.  

In accordance with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider the Proposal for the Resolution on the Environment, which was submitted by MP Branko Radulović prof PhD.  

The Committee considered the Conclusion of the Collegium of the President of Parliament, no.00-32-5/14-42 of 22 July 2014, but statements about it are postponed for further consultation.
