The Committee consideredand expressed positive opinion with regard to the following amendments:
- 7 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Tourist Organisations (the amendment submitted by MPs Azra Jasavić and Srđan Perić; the amendment submitted by MPs Azra Jasavić, Goran Tuponja and Srđan Perić; 2 amendments submitted by MPs Predrag Sekulić, Branko Čavor and Zorica Kovačević and 3 amendments submitted by MP Andrija Popović;
- 3 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Excise Law (the amendment submitted by MP Aleksandar Damjanović and 2 amendments submitted by the Government of Montenegro);
- 21 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Olive Production (the amendment submitted by MPs Genci Nimanbegu, Borislav Banović, Suljo Mustafić and Ljerka Dragičević; 5 amendments submitted by MPs Predrag Sekulić, Branko Čavor, Slobodan Radović and Zorica Kovačević; 7 amendments submitted by MPs Suljo Mustafić and Genci Nimanbegu and 9 amendments submitted by MPs Goran Tuponja, Azra Jasavić and Srđan Perić;
- the amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Obligations and Basic Legal Property Relations in Air Transport, submitted by MPs Milorad Vuletić and Veljko Zarubica
The proposed agendawas extendedwith the amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Enforcement and Security, submitted by MP Janko Vučinić. Committee considered the amendment and expressed positive opinion in this regard.
Committee did not consider 6 amendments submitted by MPDritan Abazović, pursuant to the Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro.
Pursuant to the Article 148 paragraph 2 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, Committee made a decision to submit an amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Olive Production.
