At today’s 85th meeting, Legislative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro considered and positively assessed the following: Proposal for the Law on Ratifying the Convention on Nuclear Safety, Proposal for the Law on Ratifying the Agreement between the Government of Montenegro and Government of the Republic of Austria on Double Taxation Avoidance and Prevention with respect to Income and Property Tax, Proposal for the Law on Ratifying the Agreement between the Government of Montenegro and Government of Slovakia on Economic Cooperation, Proposal for the Law on Foreigners and Proposal for the Law on Consensual Financial Restructuring of Debts to Financial Institutions.

Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on the Prevention of Drug Abuse and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, submitted by MP Andrija Popović, were not supported by the requested majority of Committee members.
