Legislative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro at eleventh meeting held today, considered and positively assessed on the Proposal for the Law on Ratification of Consular Convention between Montenegro and the Republic of Serbia; Proposal for the Law on Consumer Loans; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Health Protection; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Protection of Montenegrin Citizens working abroad and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Prevention of Drug Abuse.
Proposal for the decision on opening parliamentary investigation and establishing the Inquiry Committee for gathering information and facts on events regarding the work of state authorities on the occasion of revealing audio recordings and transcripts from the DPS bodies meeting in daily press “DAN”, submitted by the group of 27 MPs of parliamentary minority, did not obtain necessary majority.
Due to further consultations, declaration of the Committee on the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Foreigners was postponed.
Furthermore, the Performance Report of the Committee for 2012 and the Work plan of the Committee for 2013 were adopted.
