The Committee considered and positively declared on: the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Securities; the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Electronic Media; the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the aw on Electronic Communications; the Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Insurance; Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of Montenegro and the Government of the Republic of Macedonia on Police Cooperation; Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Agreement between Montenegro and Czech Republic on cooperation in the field of fight against crime; Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of Montenegro and the Government of the Republic of Moldova on Readmission (return and admission) of persons who have no resident permit; Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Extradition Treaty between Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina; Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Agreement of the legal status of the Regional Centre for Environment for Central and East Europe; Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Founding Agreement of the International Academy of Anti-corruption; Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Convention of the Council of Europe on Prevention of Violence against Women and Domestic Violence.

Following proposals for laws did not obtain necessary majority: Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Energy; Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Medicine and Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Income Tax of Natural Persons.
