Legislative Committee holds its 92nd meeting

At its 92nd meeting held today, the Legislative Committee considered and positively voted on Proposal for the Law on Ratifying the Additional Protocol 2 of the Agreement on Amendment of and Accession to the Central European Free Trade Agreement and Additional Protocol 3 of the Agreement on Amendment of and Accession to the Central European Free Trade Agreement, Proposal for the Law on Registers of Temporary and Permanent Residence, and Proposal for conclusion with regard to the Law on the Highway Bar – Boljare, submitted by MPs Mr Danko Šarančić, Mr Velizar Kaluđerović and Mr Aleksandar Damjanović.

The Committee considered and positively voted on the following amendments:
a) Amendments to the Proposal for the Law on the Highway Bar – Boljare:
- amendment submitted by MP Mr Veljko Vasiljević;
- amendment submitted by MPs Mr Velizar Kaluđerović and Mr Neven Gošović;
- 2 amendments submitted by MPs Mr Danko Šarančić, Mr Velizar Kaluđerović and Mr Aleksandar Damjanović;

f) Amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Lobbying:
- amendment submitted by MP Mr Andrija Popović;
- 3 amendments submitted by MP Ms Snežana Jonica.
g) Amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Public Procurement:
- 5 amendments submitted by MPs Mr Velizar Kaluđerović, Mr Danko Šarančić and Mr Aleksandar Damjanović;
- 5 amendments submitted by MP Mr Milan Knežević;
- 9 amendments submitted by MP Mr Andrija Popović.;
h) Amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law:
- amendment submitted by MPs Mr Zoran Jelić, Mr Halil Duković, Ms Zorica Kovačević and Ms Marta Šćepanović;
i) Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Funding of Political Parties and Election Campaigns, submitted by MPs Ms Ljerka Dragičević and Mr Suljo Mustafić;
j) Amendments (3) to the Proposal for the Law on Health Care, submitted by MP Mr Andrija Popović.
In accordance with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider:
Proposal for the Law on Ratifying the Protocol between Montenegro and Republic of Slovakia together with the Agreement between the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the Socialist Republic of Czechoslovakia on Regulation of Legal Relations in Civil, Family and Criminal Matters of 20 January 1964, and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Regional Development.
In accordance with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider the following amendments:
- amendment to Proposal for the Law on the Highway Bar – Boljare, submitted by MP Mr Dritan Abazović;
- amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Communal Police, submitted by MP Mr Slaven Radunović;

In accordance with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro the Committee did not consider 11 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Prevention of Corruption submitted by MP Mr Dritan Abazović, 1 amendment submitted by MP Ms Branka Bošnjak and 1 amendment submitted by Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Public Procurement, amendment submitted by MPs Mr Damir Šehović and Mr Zoran Jelić and amendments submitted by MP Mr Dritan Abazović to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Prevention of Conflict of Interest.
