At its 96^th meeting held today, the Legislative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro considered and positively voted on Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Veteran and Disability Protection, submitted by MP Mr Neven Gošović, and Proposal for Conclusions regarding Proposal for the 2015 Budget Law of Montenegro, submitted by MP Mr Genci Nimanbegu; 

The Committee considered and assessed as legally acceptable amendments to the Proposal for the 2015 Budget Law, namely:

The Committee considered 3 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Personal Income Tax, submitted by MPs Mr Milorad Vuletić, Mr Rešid Adrović, Mr Radovan Obradović, Ms Žana Filipović and Mr Nikola Gegaj, and they did not obtain the necessary majority;

The Committee considered amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Pension and Disability Insurance, submitted by the proposers of the Law, MPs Ms Marta Šćepanović, Ms Zorica Kovačević, Mr Veljko Zarubica and Mr Radovan Obradović, and it did not obtain the necessary majority;

Following the extension of the agenda, the Committee considered and positively voted on the following amendments:

- 8 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Internal Affairs, submitted by the Government of Montenegro, as well as amendment submitted by MPs Ms Draginja Vuksanović and Mr Džavid Šabović. 

- amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Pension and Disability Insurance (09-2/14-8 EPA 665), submitted by MP Mr Džavid Šabović;

- amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Supplement to the Law on Pension and Disability Insurance (09-2/14-9 EPA 666), submitted by MP Mr Džavid Šabović;

- amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Supplement to the Law on Pension and Disability Insurance (09-2/14-7 EPA 660), submitted by MP Mr Džavid Šabović;

- 2 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Business Enterprises, submitted by MPs Mr Aleksandar Damjanović and Mr Danko Šarančić;

- 6 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Personal Income Tax, submitted by MP Mr Aleksandar Damjanović, and

- 2 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Supplement to the Law on Social and Child Welfare, submitted by MPs Mr Aleksandar Damjanović and Mr Velizar Kaluđerović.
