Legislative Committee holds its 103rd meeting

At its 103 rd meeting held today, the Legislative Committee considered and positively voted on the following amendments:

1. Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on National Security Agency:

- 1 amendment submitted by MPs: Mr Suljo Mustafić, Mr Almer Kalač, Mr Andrija Popović, Mr Genci Nimanbegu, Ms Ljerka Dragičević and Mr Rešad Sijarić.

2. Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Energy:

- 1 amendment submitted by MP Mr Andrija Popović.

3. Amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Real Estate Tax:

- 11 amendments submitted by MP Ms Jelisava Kalezić.

4. Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Arms:

- 1 amendment submitted by MPs: Mr Suljo Mustafić, Mr Almer Kalač and Mr Rešad Sijarić.

The agenda of the meeting was extended by an amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on National Security Agency, submitted by the MP Mr Velizar Kaluđerović. The Committee considered the amendment submitted by MP Kaluđerović and determined that it was not in accordance with the Constitution and the legal system. Additionally, following the verbal extension of the agenda, the Committee also considered the amendment 3 by the Security and Defence Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro, contained in the report of this Committee No. 00-38/14-1/17 EPA 548 of 04.02.2015, and concluded that it was not in accordance with the Constitution and the legal system.
