104th meeting of the Legislative Committee held

The Committee considered several proposals for laws

The Committee considered and positively assessed the following: Proposal for the Minimum Wage Law, submitted by MP Mr Janko Vučinić; Proposal for the Supplements to the Labour Law, submitted by MP Mr Janko Vučinić; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Montenegrin Citizenship, submitted by MPs Mr Srđan Milić, Mr Neven Gošović and Ms Snežana Jonica and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Obligatory Relations, submitted by group of MPs.

The Committee also considered and positively assessed the following amendments:

Amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on National Security Agency:

- One Amendment submitted by MPs Ms Azra Jasavić, Mr Srđan Perić, Mr Goran Tuponja and Mr Darko Pajović;
- One Amendment submitted by MPs Mr Andrija Popović, Mr Džavid Šabović, Mr Srđan Perić, Ms Snežana Jonica and Mr Dritan Abazović;
- 5 Amendments submitted by MPs Ms Branka Bošnjak, Mr Džavid Šabović, Ms Snežana Jonica and Mr Dritan Abazović;

Amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Courts:

- 2 Amendments submitted by MPs Mr Rešad Sijarić, Mr Almer Kalač and Mr Suljo Mustafić;

- 5 Amendments submitted by MP Mr Srđan Perić;

- One Amendment submitted by MP Mr Nik Gjeloshaj

 

Amendments to the Proposal for the Law on the Judicial Council and the Rights and Duties of Judges:

- One Amendment submitted by MP Mr Velizar Kaluđerović;

- One Amendment submitted by MPs Mr Rešad Sijarić, Mr Almer Kalač and Mr Suljo Mustafić;

- 24 Amendments submitted by MPs Mr Srđan Perić and Mr Goran Tuponja (at the meeting, MP Mr Srđan Perić informed the Committee that he withdrew Amendments 15, 16 and 18);

- 2 Amendments submitted by MPs Ms Draginja Vuksanović and Mr Džavid Šabović;

Amendments to the Proposal for the Law on the Constitutional Court of Montenegro:

- One Amendment submitted by MP Ms Draginja Vuksanović;

- 13 Amendments submitted by MP Mr Andrija Popović (at the meeting, MP Mr Andrija Popović informed the Committee that he withdrew Amendments 6, 10 and 13);

- 7 Amendments submitted by MPs Ms Azra Jasavić and Srđan Perić;

Following the verbal extension of the agenda, the Committee considered and positively assessed the following amendments:

- 6 Amendments to the Proposal for the Law on the Constitutional Court of Montenegro, submitted by MP Mr Neven Gošović;

- 2 Amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Courts, submitted by MP Mr Neven Gošović;

- 7 Amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Special Public Prosecutor's Office, submitted by MPs Mr Srđan Perić and Ms Azra Jasavić;

- Amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Public Prosecution Office, namely:

- One Amendment, submitted by MP Ms Draginja Vuksanović;

- 2 Amendments, submitted by MPs Mr Rešad Sijarić, Mr Suljo Mustafić and Mr Almer Kalač and

- 4 Amendment, submitted by MPs Mr Srđan Perić and Ms Azra Jasavić.

In line with Article 67, paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider the following amendments:

- 4 Amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on National Security Agency, submitted by MPs Mr Dritan Abazović and Ms Snežana Jonica;

-   One Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Public Prosecution Office, submitted by MPs Mr Predrag Bulatović and Mr Obrad Mišo Stanišić;

- 9 Amendments to the Proposal for the Law on the Constitutional Court of Montenegro, submitted by MPs Ms Snežana Jonica and Ms Danijela Marković.

- 2 Amendments submitted by MP Mr Rifat Rastoder and 8 Amendments, submitted by MP Mr Dritan Abazović to the Proposal for the Law on Special Public Prosecutor's Office.
