Members of the Committee also considered and expressed positive opinion on amendments to the following proposals for laws:
- Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Criminal Code of Montenegro:
- four amendments submitted by the Government of Montenegro;
- three amendments submitted by MPs Ms Draginja Vuksanović and Mr Džavid Šabović;
- Proposal for the Law on Arms:
- five amendments submitted by MPs Mr Goran Tuponja and Mr Srđan Perić;
- seven amendments submitted by MP Ms Snežana Jonica (after the agenda was expanded);
- Proposal for the Law on the Constitutional Court of Montenegro - nine amendments submitted by MPs Ms Snežana Jonica and Ms Danijela Marković;
- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Privileges to Driving Persons with Disabilities:
- two amendments submitted by MPs Ms Ljiljana Đurašković and Mr Emilo Labudović;
- two amendments submitted by Mr Srđan Perić and Mr Goran Tuponja (after the agenda was expanded)
Pursuant to the Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, members of the Committee did not consider following amendments:
- amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Criminal Code of Montenegro, submitted by MPs Mr Aleksandar Damjanović and Ms Danijela Marković;
- two amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Arms, submitted by member Mr Andrija Mandić;
- two amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Arms, submitted by member Mr Branka Tanasijević;
- amendments (eight) to the Proposal for the Law on Special Public Prosecutor's Office, submitted by member Mr Dritan Abazović;
- amendment to the Proposal for the Law on strike, submitted by member Mr Zoran Jelić.
