At its 107^th meeting held today, the Legislative Committee considered and positively voted on the following:

1. - 2 amendments to the Proposal for Law on Arms, submitted by MP Ms Branka Tanasijević; 

- amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Strike, submitted by MP Mr Zoran Jelić;

- 3 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Travel Benefits for Persons with Disabilities, submitted by MP Ms Snežana Jonica;

- 2 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Inspection Control, submitted by MP Ms Snežana Jonica.

2. The Committee did not consider amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Selection, Use and Public Display of National Symbols, because Mr Suad Numanović, Minister of Human and Minority Rights, informed the Committee that he was withdrawing the law from the procedure. 

3. In accordance with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider amendments (8) to the Proposal for the Law on Special Prosecutor’s Office, submitted by MP Mr Dritan Abazović.
