At today's 109th meeting, the Legislative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro considered and positively assessed the following proposals for laws:
• Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Athens Convention relating to the Carriage of Passengers and their Luggage by Sea adopted in 1974 and the Protocol of 2002 to the Athens Convention relating to the Carriage of Passengers and their Luggage by Sea adopted in 1974;
• Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Air Protection;
• Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Amicable Settlement of Labour Disputes;
• Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Accreditation;
• Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Consumer Protection;
• Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Energy Charter Treaty.
The Committee postponed voting on the Proposal for the Law on Cooperatives for the next meeting.
