The Committee considered and expressed positive opinion on the following: Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Protocol between Montenegro and Republic of Slovakia together with the Agreement between the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the Socialist Republic of Czechoslovakia on Regulation of Legal Relations in Civil, Family and Criminal Matters of 20 January 1964; Proposal for the Law on Cooperatives; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Marine Fisheries and Mariculture; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Tobacco; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Animal Identification and Registration; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Administrative Procedure, submitted by MP Ms Marta Šćepanović and the Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Social and Child Welfare, submitted by MP Mr Aleksandar Damjanović.
