Legislative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro at its 114^th meeting considered and positively assessed the following proposals for laws:

- Proposal for the Law on Cinematography;

- Proposal for the Wine Law;

- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Water;

-  Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Planting Material;   

- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Seed Material of Agricultural Plants;

- Proposal for the Law on the Protection of Cyrillic Script, submitted by MPs: Mr Neven Gošović, Mr Aleksandar Damjanović, Mr Radovan Asanović and Mr Novica Stanić;

The Committee also considered amendments submitted to the following proposals for laws:

- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Employment and Exercising Rights with respect to Unemployment Insurance:

- 15 amendments submitted by MPs: Ms Branka Bošnjak and Mr Veljko Vasiljević;

- 6 amendments submitted by MPs: Mr Zoran Jelić, Ms Marta Šćepanović and Mr Halil Duković;

- 2 amendments submitted by MP Mr Neven Gošović;

- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Regional Development:

 - 7 amendments submitted by MPs: Mr Srđan Perić, Ms Azra Jasavić and Mr Goran Tuponja;

- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Voters' Register:

- one amendment submitted by MP Mr Neven Gošović;

- one amendment submitted by MP Ms Ljerka Dragičević;

- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Extra-Judicial Proceedings:

 - 2 amendments submitted by MPs: Ms Draginja Vuksanović, Mr Izet Bralić and Mr Džavid Šabović

- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Election of Councillors and MPs:

- one amendment submitted by MP Mr Andrija Popović;

- one amendment submitted by MPs Ms Azra Jasavić and Mr Srđan Perić;

- one amendment submitted by MPs Ms Marta Šćepanović and Ms Draginja Vuksanović;

- Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Social and Child Welfare:

- one amendment submitted by MP Mr Andrija Popović;  

- 2 amendments submitted by MP Mr Izet Bralić, Mr Džavid Šabović and Ms Draginja Vuksanović;

In line with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure, the Committee did not consider the following amendments:

- 7 amendments to the  Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Employment and Exercising Rights with respect to Unemployment Insurance, submitted by MP Ms Snežana Jonica;

- one amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Regional Development, submitted by MP Mr Damir Šehović;

- one amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on  Voters' Register, submitted by MP Mr Goran Danilović;

- one amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Social and Child Welfare, submitted by MP Mr Dritan Abazović.
