The Committee considered and estimated the following amendments as legally acceptable:
- 2 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Social and Child Welfare submitted by MP Mr Aleksandar Damjanović;
- 3 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Enforcement and Security submitted by MP Mr Danijela Marković and Mr Aleksandar Damjanović.
- 1 amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Election of Councillors and MPs submitted by MPs Mr Goran Tuponja and Mr Srđan Perić.
In accordance with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, due to absence of the submitters of amendments the Committee did not consider the following amendments:
1. Amendments (11) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Free Legal Aid, as follows:
- 10 amendments submitted by MP Ms Snežana Jonica;
- 1 amendment submitted by MP Ms Azra Jasavić;
2. Amendments (7) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Employment and Exercising Rights with respect to Unemployment Insurance submitted by MP Ms Snežana Jonica;
3. Amendments (3) to the Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Social and Child Welfare, as follows:
- 2 amendments submitted by MP Mr Rešad Sijarić;
- 1 amendment submitted by MP Mr Nik Gjeloshaj;
4. Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Regional Development submitted by MP Mr Damir Šehović;
5. Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Voters' Register submitted by MP Mr Goran Danilović;
6. Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Election of Councillors and MPs submitted by MP Mr Dritan Abazović.
