At its meeting held today, the Committee considered and positively voted on: Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Framework Agreement between Montenegro represented by the Government of Montenegro and the European Commission on Implementing Regulation of the EU Financial Assistance to Montenegro under the Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance (IPA II); Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Decision on Montenegro’s accession to the Agreement on Government Procurement to the World Trade Organisation; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Forests; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Flammable Liquids and Gases; and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Volunteer Work.

The Committee did not consider Proposal for the Law on Supplement to the Law on Expropriation in accordance with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro.
