Legislative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro, at the 118th meeting held today, considered and expressed positive opinion regarding following draft acts:
- Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law, submitted by MPs: Mr Janko Vučinić, Mr Neven Gošović and Mr Goran Tuponja;
- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law, submitted by MPs Mr Janko Vučinić and Mr Emilo Labudović;
- Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law, submitted by MP Ms Branka Bošnjak;
- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Prevention of Conflict of Interest, submitted by MPs: Mr Andrija Mandić, Mr Nebojša Medojević, Mr Milan Knežević and Mr Janko Vučinić;
- Proposal for the Decision on launching a parliamentary inquiry and formation of the Inquiry Committee for the purpose of collecting information and facts on the events relating to the actions of competent state authorities in the protection of state property and public interest during the sale of assets of the JSC Tobacco Plant Podgorica in bankruptcy, submitted by 28 MPs.
Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Media, submitted by MPs: Mr Genci Nimanbegu, Mr Rifat Rastoder and Mr Andrija Popović, did not obtain majority required.
