At the 119^th meeting of the Legislative Committee that was held today, its members considered and expressed positive opinion of the following:

- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Animal Welfare;

- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Higher Education, submitted by members Mr Srđan Milić and Ms Snežana Jonica;

- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Criminal Code, submitted by members Ms Azra Jasavić, Mr Srđan Perić, Mr Goran Tuponja and Mr Darko Pajović;

- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Value Added Tax, submitted by members Mr Goran Tuponja, Mr Srđan Perić, Ms Azra Jasavić and Mr Darko Pajović;

- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Public Prosecution Office, submitted by members Ms Azra Jasavić, Mr Srđan Perić, Mr Goran Tuponja and Mr Darko Pajović.

In accordance with the Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider the Proposal for the Decision on granting a long-term lease of the Island Lastavica with fortress Mamula – Municipality Herceg Novi.
