Legislative Committee holds its 122nd meeting

At its 122nd meeting held today, the Legislative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro additionally considered the Proposal for the Decision on launching the parliamentary inquiry and forming the Inquiry Committee for collecting information and facts on the events relating to the actions of competent state authorities in the protection of state property and public interest during the sale of assets of the JSC Tobacco Plant Podgorica in bankruptcy, submitted by a group of MPs. 

The Committee also considered amendments submitted to the following proposals for laws: 
- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Yachts

- 3 amendments submitted by MPs Mr Obrad Gojković and Mr Neven Gošović;


- Proposal for the Law on Compensation of Victims of Criminal Acts:
- 3 amendments submitted by MP Ms Snežana Jonica;
- 3 amendments submitted by MP Ms Ljerka Dragičević;
- 2 amendments submitted by MP Mr Emilo Labudović;
- 2 amendments submitted by MPs Ms Azra Jasavić and Mr Srđan Perić;

- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Gender Equality:
- 3 amendments submitted by MPs: Mr Mladen Bojanić, Mr Neven Gošović, Mr Dritan Abazović, Mr Velizar Kaluđerović and Mr Novica Stanić;
- 2 amendments submitted by MP Mr Radosav Nišavić;

- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Tobacco:

- 5 amendments submitted by MPs Mr Filip Vuković and Ms Maida Bešlić;

- Proposal for the Law on Cooperatives:
- 2 amendments submitted by MPs Mr Srđan Perić and Mr Goran Tuponja;
- 1 amendment submitted by MPs Mr Dritan Abazović and Mr Mladen Bojanić;
- 1 amendment submitted by MPs Ms Maida Bešlić, Mr Šefkija Murić, Mr Nikola Gegaj, Mr Radovan Obradović and Mr Jasmin Sutović;

- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Integrated Prevention and Control of Pollution of the Environment:
- 1 amendment submitted by MPs Mr Darko Pajović, Mr Goran Tuponja and Mr Srđan Perić;
- 1 amendment submitted by MPs Ms Maida Bešlić and Mr Filip Vuković;

- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Flammable Liquids and Gases

- 3 amendments submitted by MPs Mr Goran Tuponja and Mr Srđan Perić;


- Proposal for the Patent Law

- 2 amendments submitted by MPs Ms Draginja Vuksanović and Mr Džavid Šabović;


- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Air Protection

- amendment submitted by MPs Ms Maida Bešlić and Mr Filip Vuković;


- Proposal for the Wine Law

- amendment submitted by MP Mr Veljko Vasiljević.

In accordance with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider the following amendments:
- 18 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Yachts, submitted by MP Mr Milan Knežević;
- 1 amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Integrated Prevention and Control of Pollution of the Environment, submitted by MP Mr Danko Šarančić.

The Committee postponed voting on amendments (9) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Volunteerism, submitted by MP Mr Radosav Nišavić.
