Legislative Committee holds its 123rd meeting

The Committee considered two proposals for laws, several amendments and positively voted on 2014 Performance Report of the Committee, and 2015 Work Plan of the Committee.

At its 123rd meeting held today, the Legislative Committee considered and positively voted on Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Labour Law, submitted by MPs: Ms Branka Bošnjak, Mr Milutin Đukanović, Mr Vladislav Bojović, Mr Janko Vučinić and Ms Jelisava Kalezić, and Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Bankruptcy Law, submitted by MPs: Mr Milutin Đukanović, Ms Branka Bošnjak, Mr Vladislav Bojović and Mr Janko Vučinić.  

The Committee also considered amendments (5) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on State Surveying and Cadastre of Immovable Property, as follows: 4 amendments submitted by MP Ms Snežana Jonica, and 1 amendment submitted by MP Mr Mićo Orlandić and Mr Džavid Šabović, and evaluated them as legally acceptable.

Following the discussion, the Committee postponed voting on the following: Proposal for the Law on Settling obligations towards the workers of Aluminium Plant who retired early due to bankruptcy of the company, submitted by MP Mr Janko Vučinić; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law, submitted by MP Mr Janko Vučinić; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Civil Servants and State Employees, submitted by MPs: Ms Branka Bošnjak, Mr Milutin Đukanović, Mr Vladislav Bojović, Mr Janko Vučinić and Ms Jelisava Kalezić.

In accordance with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider the following: Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Family Law, submitted by MPs Ms Danijela Marković and Mr Aleksandar Damjanović; amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Amicable Settlement of Labour Disputes, submitted by MPs Mr Zoran Jelić and Ms Marta Šćepanović; Amendments (18) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Yachts, submitted by MP Mr Milan Knežević; amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Integrated Prevention and Control of Pollution of the Environment, submitted by MP Mr Danko Šarančić, as well as amendments (15) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Volunteerism, submitted by MP Mr Radosav Nišavić.
