At its 124th meeting held today, the Legislative Committee considered the following proposals for laws and adopted a decision that they were not in accordance with the Constitution and the legal system: Proposal for the Law on Settlement of Obligations to Workers of the JSC Aluminium Plant Podgorica Who Retired Early Due to Bankruptcy of the Company, submitted by MP Mr Janko Vučinić; Proposal for the Law on Amendment to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law, submitted by MP Mr Janko Vučinić; and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Family Law, submitted by MPs Ms Danijela Marković and Mr Aleksandar Damjanović.
The Committee considered the following amendments and estimated them as legally acceptable:
Amendments (2) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Amicable Settlement of Labour Disputes, as follows:
- 1 amendment submitted by MPs Mr Zoran Jelić and Ms Marta Šćepanović;
- 1 amendment submitted by MPs Mr Srđan Perić and Mr Goran Tuponja;
Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Tobacco, submitted by MPs Ms Marta Šćepanović and Mr Nikola Gegaj;
Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendment to the Law on Integrated Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution, submitted by MP Mr Danko Šarančić;
Amendments (15) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Volunteerism, submitted by MP Mr Radosav Nišavić;
Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Civil Proceedings submitted by MP Mr Neven Gošović;
Amendments (8) to the Proposal for the Law on Cooperatives submitted by MP Mr Neven Gošović.
In accordance with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider 18 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Yachts, submitted by MP Mr Milan Knežević.
