At today's 130th meeting, the Legislative Committee considered and positively assessed the following:
- Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the International Convention for the Suppression of Counterfeiting Currency;
- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Safety of Maritime Navigation;
- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the 2015 Budget Law of Montenegro, submitted by MP Mr Aleksandar Damjanović;
- Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Higher Education, submitted by MPs: Ms Branka Tanasijević, Mr Radosav Nišavić, Mr Srđa Popović, Mr Saša Pešić, Mr Rešid Adrović, Ms Draginja Vuksanović, Ms Jelisava Kalezić, Ms Branka Bošnjak, Mr Milan Knežević and Mr Srđan Perić;
- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law, submitted by MP Mr Srđan Milić; and
- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Extra-Judicial Proceedings, submitted by MPs: Ms Azra Jasavić, Mr Srđan Perić, Mr Goran Tuponja and Mr Darko Pajović.
The agenda of the meeting was extended by the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the 2015 Budget Law of Montenegro, submitted by MPs: Mr Borislav Banović, Mr Izet Bralić, Ms Draginja Vuksanović and Mr Džavid Šabović
The Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Registers of Temporary and Permanent Residence, submitted by MPs: Mr Milutin Đukanović, Ms Branka Bošnjak, Mr Vladislav Bojović and Mr Janko Vučinić, was not supported by the necessary majority.
In line with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure, the Committee did not consider the Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the 38. Convention on the International Recovery of Child Support and Other Forms of Family Maintenance as well as Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Social and Child Welfare, submitted by MPs Mr Dritan Abazović and Mr Mladen Bojanić.
