The Legislative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro held the first meeting today, at which it discussed and gave positive opinion on (majority votes) the Proposal for the Law on the Budget of Montenegro for 2013.  Agenda of the meeting was expanded with the item “Election of the Deputy Chairman of the Legislative Committee”, in accordance with the Article 34 of the Rule of Procedures of the Parliament of Montenegro.

In addition, the Agenda was also expanded with the Proposal to the Law on the Final Budget Statement of Montenegro for 2011 with the Report on the Audit of the Final Budget Statement of Montenegro for 2011, on which the Committee gave positive opinion.

Election of the Deputy Chairman of the Committee was postponed until one of the following meetings due to further consultations.
