On today’s Meeting, the Legislative Committee considered and assessed positively the Proposal for Conclusions on the Budget of Montenegro for 2013, submitted by MPs Vasilije Lalošević, Zdenka Popović, Neven Gošović and Aleksandar Damjanović, MA, as well as the Proposal for Conclusions with Proposal for the Budget for 2013, submitted by MP Damir Šehović, MA.

The Committee did not consider the Proposal for Conclusions on consideration of the Proposal for the Law on Final Budget Statement of Montenegro for 2011, submitted by MPs Srđan Milić and Aleksandar Damjanović, MA, because it was withdrawn from the parliamentary procedure, by letter, classification number 33/12-4/8, EPA 14XXV, on 28th December 2012.

The Committee considered and positively assessed the following amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Budget of Montenegro for 2013: amendment submitted by MPs Damir Šehović, MA, Dr. Draginja Vuksanović, Rifat Rastoder and Dr. Izet Bralić; amendment submitted by MP Ljerka Dragičević, amendment submitted by MP Ana Ponoš, amendment submitted by MPs Jelisava Kalezić, PhD and Branka Bošnjak, Docent; amendment submitted by MP Nada Drobnjak; amendment submitted by MPs Vladislav Bojović and Novica Stanić; amendment submitted by MPs Ljiljana Đurašković and Milan Knežević, two amendments submitted by MP Srđan Perić, three amendments submitted by MPs Ranko Krivokapić, the President of the Parliament of Montenegro, Suljo Mustafić and Branko Radulović, Vice Presidents of the Parliament of Montenegro; three amendments submitted by Azra Jasavić and four amendments submitted by MP Damir Šehović, MA.

In line with Article 67, Paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider the amendment submitted by MP Andrija Popović and three amendments submitted by MP Dritan Abazović, because they did not attend the Meeting of the Committee.

Also, the Committee did not consider the amendment submitted by MPs Damir Šehović, MA, Borislav Banović, Rifat Rastoder, Dr. Draginja Vuksanović and Dr Izet Bralić, because the same was withdrawn by Damir Šehović, MA, the representative of the submitters of the amendment.

Committee considered and positively assessed the modified amendment to the Proposal for the Law on the Amendment to the Labor Law, submitted by MPs Neven Gošović, Snežana Jonica i Velizar Kaluđerović.

The Committee did not consider amendments (two) to Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Civil Servants and State Employees, submitted by MPs Neven Gošović, Snežana Jonica and Velizar Kaluđerović because the same was withdrawn by the representative of the submitters of amendments – MP Neven Gošović.
