The Legislative Committee, at the 134th meeting that was held today, considered and expressed positive position with regard to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code, submitted by MP Ms Snežana Jonica and the Proposal for the Decision on Supplements to the Code of Ethics for MPs, submitted by MPs: Mr Srđan Milić, Ms Snežana Jonica, Mr Aleksandar Damjanović, Mr Radosav Nišavić, Mr Danko Šarančić and Ms Danijela Marković.

The Committee considered the following amendments as well:

- 4 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Data Confidentiality, submitted by MP Ms Snežana Jonica;

- amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Coastal Property, namely: 4 amendments submitted by MP Mr Goran Danilović, 7 amendments submitted by MPs: Mr Srđan Milić, Ms Snežana Jonica, Mr Aleksandar Damjanović, Mr Radosav Nišavić, Ms Danijela Marković and Mr Danko Šarančić and 8 amendments submitted by MPs Ms Draginja Vuksanović and Mr Džavid Šabović;

- an amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Safety of Maritime Navigation, submited by MP Ms Snežana Jonica;

- 2 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Cooperation of Montenegro with Diaspora, submitted by MP Mr Danko Šarančić;

- amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Public Peace and Order, namely: 2 amendments submitted by MP Mr Rešad Sijarić, 5 amendments submitted by MP Ms Snežana Jonica and an amendment submitted by MPs Ms Draginja Vuksanović and Mr Džavid Šabović;

- 5 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Temporary Residence Fee, submitted by MPs Mr Srđan Milić and Ms Snežana Jonica;

- an amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Pension and Disability Law, submitted by MP Mr Milutin Đukanović;

- an amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments and Supplements to the 2015 Budget Law, submitted by MP Mr Aleksandar Damjanović;

- amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Civil Proceedings, namely: an amendment submitted by MPs Ms Draginja Vuksanović and Mr Džavid Šabović and 3 amendments submitted by MPs Ms Azra Jasavić and Mr Srđan Perić;

- 2 amendments to the Proposal for the Decision on the establishment of the Committee on monitoring the application of laws and other regulations important for building trust in the election process, submitted by MPs Mr Milutin Đukanović and Mr Emilo Labudović;

The Committee did not consider, in accordance with the Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the following:

- 1 amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Data Confidentiality, submitted by MP Ms Ljerka Dragičević;

- 6 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Coastal Property, submitted by MP Ms Ljerka Dragičević;

- an amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Coastal Property, submitted by MP Ms Branka Bošnjak;

- 4 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Coastal Property, submitted by MP Mr Dritan Abazović;

- an amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Coastal Property, submitted by MPs Mr Dritan Abazović and Mr Genci Nimanbegu;

- 7 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Conversion of Loans in Swiss Francs CHF into Euros EUR, submitted by MP Mr Nebojša Medojević;

- 2 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Cooperation of Montenegro with Diaspora, submitted by MPs Mr Mićo Orlandić, Mr Džavid Šabović and Mr Damir Šehović;

- an amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Public Peace and Order, submitted by MP Ms Ljerka Dragičević;

- an amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Temporary Residence Fee, submitted by MP Ms Ljerka Dragičević;

- 3 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Pension and Disability Law, submitted by MP Srđan Milić.
