At today’s 137th meeting, the Legislative Committee considered and positively assessed the following: Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Forest Reproductive Material, Proposal for the Law on Health Care and Proposal for the Law on Health Insurance and Proposal for the Law on Removal and Transplantation of Human Tissues and Cells for Therapeutic Purposes.

In line with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider: Proposal for the Law on Confiscation of Assets Acquired from Criminal Activity and Proposal for the Law on Training Centre for Judiciary and Public Prosecution Office and Proposal for the Law on Training Centre for Judiciary and Public Prosecution Office.
