At today’s 141st meeting, the Legislative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro has considered and voted in favour of: Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Excise Law; Proposal for the Law on Environment; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Recognition of Foreign Educational Certificates and Qualifications Equalization;
In addition, the Committee has considered and assessed as legally acceptable:
- amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Health Care, namely: 6 amendments submitted by MPs Mr Neven Gošović and Mr Novica Stanić; 4 amendments submitted by MPs Mr Neven Gošović and Mr Obrad Gojković and 1 amendment submitted by MPs: Mr Izet Bralić, Mr Džavid Šabović and Ms Draginja Vuksanović;
- amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Health Insurance, namely: 1 amendment submitted by MP Mr Neven Gošović and 1 amendment submitted by MPs: Mr Izet Bralić, Mr Džavid Šabović and Ms Draginja Vuksanović.
The remaining amendments have not been considered, in line with Article 67 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro.
