At its 146th meeting held today, the Legislative Committee considered and deemed as legally acceptable the following amendments:
Amendments (8) to the Proposal for the 2016 Budget Law of Montenegro, as follows:
- 5 amendments submitted by MPs Mr Srđan Milić and Ms Snežana Jonica; and
- 3 amendments submitted by MP Ms Jelisava Kalezić.
Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Excise Law, submitted by MPs Mr Srđan Milić and Ms Snežana Jonica.
Amendments (56) to the Proposal for the Law on Energy, as follows:
- 30 amendments submitted by MP Mr Goran Danilović;
- 10 amendments submitted by MP Mr Srđan Milić and Ms Snežana Jonica;
- 6 amendments submitted by MPs: Mr Džavid Šabović, Ms Draginja Vuksanović, Mr Rifat Rastoder, and Mr Izet Bralić;
- 3 amendments submitted by MP Ms Jelisava Kalezić;
- 2 amendments submitted by MPs: Mr Saša Pešić, Mr Rešid Adrović, and Ms Marta Šćepanović;
- 2 amendments submitted by MP Mr Srđan Perić;
- 2 amendments submitted by MPs Mr Neven Gošović and Mr Dritan Abazović; and
- 1 amendment submitted by MPs: Mr Suljo Mustafić, Mr Rešad Sijarić, and Mr Almer Kalač.
In accordance with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider:
Amendments (3) to the Proposal for the 2016 Budget Law of Montenegro, as follows:
- 1 amendment submitted by MP Mr Dritan Abazović;
- 1 amendment submitted by MP Ms Azra Jasavić; and
- 1 amendment submitted by MP Mr Zoran Jelić.
Amendments (21) to the Proposal for the Law on Energy, as follows:
- 15 amendments submitted by MP Mr Dritan Abazović;
- 5 amendments submitted by MP Mr Aleksandar Damjanović; and
- 1 amendment submitted by MP Mr Strahinja Bulajić.
The proposed agenda was extended with the amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Energy, submitted by MP Mr Filip Vuković , which was not considered, in accordance with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro.
