The Committee considered and assessed as legally acceptable amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Public Sector Salaries, namely:
- 1 amendment submitted by MP Mr Damir Šehović;
- 1 amendment submitted by MP Mr Filip Vuković;
- 1 amendment submitted by MPs: Mr Filip Vuković and Mr Maida Bešlić;
- 1 amendment submitted by MPs: Mr Ljubo Škrelja and Ms Marta Šćepanović;
- 3 amendments submitted by MP Ms Azra Jasavić;
- 3 amendments submitted by MPs Mr Džavid Šabović, Mr Rifat Rastoder, Mr Izet Bralić and Ms Draginja Vuksanović;
- 3 amendments submitted by MPs: Mr Mladen Bojanić and Mr Dritan Abazović;
- 5 amendments submitted by MPs: Ms Azra Jasavić and Ms Goran Tuponja.
The amendment submitted by MPs Mr Rešid Adrović and Marta Šćepanović was a part of the agenda, but it was not considered since MP Ms Marta Šćepanović informed the Committee on the withdrawal of the said amendment.
In line with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider:
- 1 amendment submitted by MP Mr Dritan Abazović;
- 1 amendment submitted by MP Mr Goran Tuponja;
- 2 amendments submitted by MP Mr Andrija Popović;
In addition, the Committee also considered and assessed as legally acceptable the amendment to the Law on Foreigners, submitted by MPs: Mr Zoran Jelić, Ms Marta Šćepanović, Mr Šefkija Murić and Mr Veljko Zarubica.
The meeting of the Committee was attended by Mr Radoje Žugić, Minister of Finance, and Ms Bojana Bošković, Director General for Financial System and Business Environment Improvement as well as representatives of the proposer of the Law on Public Sector Salaries.
